We offer refunds only in case of damaged or defective products.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for used or non-defective products.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

2. Return & Replacement

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at supportsensyou.in@gmail.com with your order details.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or damaged products by customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased on clearance or special offers

Return Instructions

Customers must NOT send products back without contacting us first.

All return requests must be approved via email at supportsensyou.in@gmail.com before initiating a return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and address.
